I also felt akward…but you did great. I think that vlogging is not the right medium for everyone. And the funny thing is that as communciation/PR folks— we are so used to coming up with ideas and putting someone in front of the camera—do we ever stop and think that perhaps vlogging is easier for people who don’t spend as much time writting as we do?

I think there’s a lot of commonality behind many of our vlog entries on this subject. I wonder about whether or not people’s opinion might change after doing several of these and being more comfortable on camera?

  3. You did a great job! I cannot tell you how nice it was to hear that someone else was feeling uneasy about vlogging just as I was. For many years, I was trained by my parents to NOT “put your business in the streets” and I think that is my initial problem with doing this. I don’t know who is looking at me…SCARY!

It is sort of strange just filming for the world – and I wonder along with Jim that as we do more of these and get a little more of a handle on the technology if we will like doing these more. I find myself just wishing I knew how to make my videos more “whiz bang cool”

Really appreciate the interspersed comments! Isn’t it funny how you revert to more traditional blogging to get your “real” train of thought/commentary across? I agree with everyone else: you did great. Hopefully next time will be easier for you (and me).
